Page Executive is looking for an experienced product leader to own the product strategy and roadmap within a mid-sized technology firm in Spain. This role will involve close partnership with the CEO and driving opportunities for LLM and AI integration into the product.

The successful candidate should have over 7 years of experience in product management, ideally from a B2B SaaS background, and a proven track record of delivering AI-powered solutions.

Job Description

• Own the product strategy and roadmap end-to-end, working in close partnership with the CEO to define and execute the product vision.
• Identify and drive opportunities where LLMs and AI can transform every layer of the platform, including chat assistance, quality assurance, fan segmentation, performance analytics, automation building, onboarding, and support.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the product team, setting a high bar for product craftsmanship, discovery practices, and execution excellence.
• Maintain continuous and direct engagement with clients, treating agencies as design partners-prioritizing regular, hands‑on conversations alongside data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate closely with engineering to deliver AI-powered features that perform reliably in production environments, with a strong focus on quality, latency, and sustainable uniteconomic.

The Successful Applicant

• 7+ years in product, with meaningful time in senior or lead roles at a B2B SaaS company.
• Demonstrated track record shipping LLM‑powered features that real customers use not prototypes, not demos. You can speak credibly about prompt design, evals, model selection, latency tradeoffs, and the gap between "it works in a notebook" and "it works for paying customers."
• Experience at an AI-native or AI-transitioning SaaS company. Intercom is the canonical reference. Other strong backgrounds: Zendesk AI, Notion AI, Linear, HubSpot's AI products,
• Gong, ClickUp, customer‑support or workflow automation platforms making the AI shift.
• Strategic and hands‑on.
