Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is looking for a Senior AI Product Lead. This role involves leading the discovery, delivery, and optimization of AI products.

You will own product domains from initial concepts through implementation and continuously optimize for performance. With at least 5 years of experience in product development and a strong understanding of AI solutions, you'll coordinate delivery across various teams including IT, data science, and compliance to ensure our AI products are effective

About The Job

The AI Product Lead is a senior individual contributor role responsible for leading the discovery, definition, delivery, adoption, governance, and continuous optimization of Artificial Intelligence products and AI-enabled business solutions across the organization. The role translates strategic business priorities, operational pain points, customer and employee journey opportunities, and data-driven insights into AI product roadmaps, business cases, product requirements, success metrics, and scalable implementation plans. The AI Product Lead covers solutions such as SAGE speech analytics, voicebots, AI chat solutions, Copilot/Cowork, Agent Assist, AI-powered quality monitoring, AI knowledge management, automation tools, AI analytics, and future Generative AI or machine-learning-enabled applications. The role is expected to operate with strong ownership, business acumen, stakeholder influence, risk awareness, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams and junior AI product roles without being a people manager.

What You’ll Do

• AI Product Strategy and Roadmap – own assigned AI product domains or product streams from opportunity discovery to scaled implementation and post-launch optimization; define product vision, roadmap priorities, business outcomes, success metrics, value realization logic, and delivery sequencing aligned with company priorities and department KPIs/OKRs
• AI Product Discovery and Business Case Development – independently identify, assess, and structure AI opportunities based on business goals, customer and employee experience gaps, operational inefficiencies, data availability, feasibility, risk, adoption potential, and expected financial or productivity impact; prepare opportunity assessments, product hypotheses, business cases, and cost-benefit inputs
• AI Product Development and Delivery – lead the definition, refinement, testing, and implementation of AI products, pilots, MVPs, and scaled solutions; translate complex business problems into epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, operating models, product controls, UAT scenarios, rollout plans, and support documentation
• Cross-functional Delivery Leadership – coordinate delivery across business teams, data science, machine learning engineering, IT, architecture, cloud, analytics, information security, data privacy, risk, legal, compliance, procurement, finance, and vendors; clarify model behavior, integration needs, prompt logic, human handover scenarios, exception handling, monitoring, and operational controls
• AI Product Performance and Business Impact – define and monitor AI product KPIs and OKRs such as adoption, active usage, accuracy, output quality, automation rate, containment rate, productivity uplift, cost efficiency, quality coverage, customer experience, employee experience, and measurable business impact; lead post-implementation reviews and propose continuous improvement actions
• AI Experience and Journey Design – guide design of AI-enabled journeys for customers, agents, employees, managers, and support teams; define conversation flows, prompt logic, escalation rules, fallback handling, knowledge source usage, human-in-the-loop requirements, user feedback loops, and operational support needs
• AI Governance, Responsible AI, Risk, and Compliance – ensure assigned AI products follow internal governance, data privacy, information security, legal, regulatory, risk, and responsible AI expectations; coordinate documentation for data usage, product limitations, access controls, auditability, human oversight, monitoring, escalation, and risk mitigation
• AI Product Practice Leadership – guide AI Product Specialists and business teams on requirements quality, stakeholder management, testing, rollout, adoption, performance monitoring, and reusable AI product templates; facilitate workshops and represent assigned AI products in leadership updates, steering meetings, vendor discussions, and cross-functional decision forums

What You Need To Have

• At least 5 years of experience in product development, digital products, AI solutions, automation, data analytics, business analysis, or related fields
• Strong experience leading end-to-end product delivery from discovery, requirements, and business case development to rollout, adoption, performance monitoring, and optimization
• Strong understanding of AI-enabled product delivery, data-driven product management, KPI/OKR definition, benefit tracking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional implementation

What Can Set You Apart

• Experience with speech analytics, voicebots, chatbots, Agent Assist, Copilot/Cowork, GenAI assistants, AI knowledge management, automation platforms, or ML-based decisioning
• Experience with AI product evaluation, prompt testing, conversation design, model output assessment, human-in-the-loop processes, or responsible AI controls
• Experience with Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau, Databricks, Jira, Confluence, Azure, Copilot Studio, Figma, Miro, or similar tools
• Experience supporting RFI/RFP, vendor evaluation, solution comparison, procurement, executive updates, business cases, dashboards, or benefit realization summaries.
