Home Credit Philippines is seeking an AI Product Manager to lead voicebot initiatives across the organization. You will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of Dialogflow-based voicebot solutions, partnering with operations, collections, CRM, and CX teams.

You’ll guide a cross-functional team of AI specialists, data scientists, and QA engineers, apply ML/AI concepts, and ensure successful deployment and optimization in telephony environments like Genesys/NICE.

Qualifications

• Has 8+ years in Product Management & Leadership.
• Experience in AI Products (Voicebot).
• Experience in Telephony systems (Genesys, NICE).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, data processing, model deployment (MLOps).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP) and data architectures; Azure certs preferred.

Job description

The AI Product Manager – VoiceBOTs plays an organization-wide leadership role in the strategic development, deployment, and ownership of conversational AI solutions, specifically voicebots, across Home Credit Philippines.

What You’ll Do

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for voicebot solutions using Google Dialogflow.

VoiceBOT Ownership & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end delivery of voicebot products, from ideation to deployment and optimization.

Technical Oversight

• Provide hands-on guidance on Dialogflow CX/NLU configurations, intents, entities, and fulfillment logic.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with operations, collections, CRM, and customer experience teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Manage a cross-functional team of AI specialists, data scientists, and QA engineers.

What You Need To Have

• Has more than 8 years of work experience related to Product Management & Leadership
• Has experience in AI Products (Voicebot)
• Has experience in Telephony systems (Genesys, NICE etc..)
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including data processing, model development, and deployment (MLOps).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS,or GCP) and data architectures. Preferred: Fundamental-level Microsoft Azure certifications such as Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900), or Azure Data Fundamentals (DP-900).
• Demonstrated ability to define project scope, objectives, and success metrics.
