Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a product manager to spearhead AI-enabled promotion experiences in a fast-growing ecommerce environment. You will partner with business, design, engineering and data teams to translate user needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes.

The role focuses on prioritising opportunities for AI-driven promotion discovery, personalisation and seller tools, defining success metrics and running experiments to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative or technical field (AI, analytics, CS, maths).
• 1+ year of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce or consumer-facing products.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, prototyping or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Design promotion experiences that balance buyer value, seller needs and investment efficiency.
• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities across discovery, personalisation, seller tools and workflows.
• Partner with business, design, engineering and data teams to translate needs into clear requirements and scalable products.
