Globe Telecom is seeking a strategic leader for the Prepaid Base Management Head role in the Philippines. The candidate will own the end-to-end prepaid portfolio value, leveraging AI-driven interventions to drive revenue, retention, and customer engagement across broadband technologies.

The role requires overseeing autonomous lifecycles, responsible for onboarding, self-healing journeys, and GTM excellence.

Responsibilities

• AI-DRIVEN BASE GROWTH & RETENTION: Deploy models that identify at-risk customers by analyzing real-time data and trigger automated offers.
• Proactive Intervention: Execute automated multi-channel auto save strategies where AI agents trigger personalized offers before a customer drops usage or stops loading.
• Dormancy Recovery: Use pattern recognition to deploy bots for win-back campaigns targeting silent or unfunded ONT/Routers to re-engage customers.
• Postpaid Predictive Enablement: Provide the Postpaid vertical with predictive churn frameworks adapting prepaid real-time signal models for renewals.
• NBA Engines: Develop AI-powered upsell and cross-sell frameworks that suggest the ideal data promo at the moment of need.
• Dynamic Pricing & Laddering: Use pricing bots to offer personalized data laddering and speed boosts based on consumption peaks and capacity.
• Tech-Steering Graduation: Identify high-value wireless users for progression to Prepaid Fiber to improve CLV and network offloading.
• Cross-Vertical Propensity Modeling: Lead cross-sell propensity models for Prepaid-to-Postpaid Graduation and vice-versa.
