Amazon's Network Strategy and Performance team is seeking a Business Analyst to own processes and analytics that shape how we staff and serve customers globally. You will work cross-functionally to plan staffing, monitor forecasts, and drive AI-enabled improvements across the CS network.

You should bring 2+ years in data analysis, strong Excel and visualization skills, and a track record of turning data into actionable insights for senior leaders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years in business/data analysis in supply chain or related analytical role.
• Experience applying AI tools or automation to improve productivity.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight.
• Experience in financial/business analysis to derive insights.
• Ability to work in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Create and maintain CSA shift schedules to meet forecast requirements and SL.
• Monitor staffing vs planned levels and adjust to improve SL.
• Plan CSA adherence to schedules including productive and non-productive time.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate site staffing and report headcount per staffing plan.
• Monitor CSA burnout signals and implement interventions.
• Coordinate cross-training, new hires, and shift rotations.
• Create work schedules and resolve headcount gaps.
• Investigate defects to identify systemic drivers and report metrics.
• Build dashboards and alerts to catch defects early.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate analytics and automate repetitive tasks.
