Job summary

CertifyOS is seeking hands-on engineers to lead support automation and design AI solutions end-to-end. You will identify problems, build AI/automation, deploy to production, and continuously improve them, leveraging LLMs, RAG and AI agents.

Strong Python/JS/TS and API skills are essential, with experience in production deployments and customer-support workflows. The role focuses on building end-to-end AI pipelines, integrating with CRM/helpdesk, and driving AI-led transformation across products

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software engineering, AI/ML, automation or related fields.
• 2+ years in Generative AI/LLM app development with production experience.
• Experience with automation, integrations or workflow engineering.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact support processes for AI/automation.
• Design, build, integrate, test and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents.
• Develop solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents and workflow automation.
• Build end-to-end AI pipelines: data ingestion, orchestration, model execution, tools/actions, evaluation, production monitoring.
• Integrate AI with CRM, ticketing, knowledge bases and internal tools.
• Monitor AI quality, cost, latency and business impact; continuously improve.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to drive AI-led transformation.
