Qualifications

• 8+ years in Australian accounting with team management.
• CPA, CA or equivalent (Philippine CPA acceptable).
• Hands-on Australian tax and compliance experience from an Australian practice.
• SMSF exposure and related financial statement work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production for offshore delivery team and manage workflow.
• 1
• Act as technical escalation across Australian compliance, SMSF and reporting.

• Run pipeline against SLAs and ensure on-time turnaround.

• Review team outputs and provide advisory support as needed.

• Leverage AI to compress preparation and build AI-driven workflows.

• Maintain strong quality control and 3 in-office days per week in Manila.
