Job summary

ITJ is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the AI Platform to drive the multi-quarter roadmap across enterprise AI/ML and agentic services. You will pair software engineering excellence with product discipline to deliver dependency-aware plans and measurable outcomes.

You will coordinate with Engineering Leads, AI Architects, QA, Security, and Compliance to ensure reliable, secure, observable, and cost-effective platform products that accelerate time-to-value for the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager or similar leader for platform, infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Hands-on software engineering background (backend/AI/ML) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MCP, APIs, and modern SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Platform Roadmap & Strategy: translate AI vision into a multi-quarter, dependency-aware platform roadmap.
• Technical Backlog & Requirements Definition: write Epics, User Stories, and specs with clear outcomes and DoR/DoD.
• Architecture & Systems Alignment: define platform-level features around microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, MCP, and LLM orchestration.
• Testing & Quality Assurance Oversight: ensure E2E test coverage across AI pipelines and integrations.
• Dependency & Execution Management: map and resolve cross-team dependencies across squads and data platforms.
• Release & Lifecycle Management: manage release planning, environments, rollout/rollback, and release notes.
• Governance, Security & Compliance: enforce data boundaries, access controls, auditability, guardrails.
• Observability & Cost Management: track SLIs/SLOs, compute spend, and drive FinOps for inference.
