Job summary
East West Banking Corporation’s Enterprise Data team seeks an experienced AI/ML Platform Engineering Head to lead the strategy, delivery, and operations of AI/ML platforms, data pipelines, and cloud-based services in Taguig.
You will drive DevOps, MLOps, and DataOps, ensure security and regulatory compliance, partner with Governance, Risk, IT, and Data Science teams, and build high-performing engineering teams to industrialize scalable data solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; postgraduate studies advantageous.
- 12–15 years in tech leadership with cloud data/AI/ML platforms.
- Experience leading regulated banking/financial services tech teams.
- Expertise in AI/ML infra, cloud-native architectures, MLOps, DataOps.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for AI/ML platforms.
- Design scalable, secure cloud-based platforms for ML lifecycle.
- Oversee platform operations, ensure high availability and SLAs.
- Drive automation, CI/CD, MLOps, DataOps, and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with Technology, Risk, and Data Governance teams.
- Build and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
- Lead enterprise AI/ML adoption and scalable deployment.
