Job summary

EastWest Bank in Taguig is seeking an AI/ML Platform Engineering Head to lead strategy, delivery, and operations of the Bank's AI/ML platforms and data services. You will oversee DevOps, MLOps, and DataOps, driving scale, security, and regulatory compliance.

You will collaborate with Technology, Risk, Infrastructure, Data Governance, and Data Science teams; build high-performing engineering teams; and champion enterprise AI/ML adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–15 years of technology leadership with 5+ years in senior/executive management roles overseeing cloud-based data and AI/ML platforms.
• Proven experience leading engineering, platform, and operations teams in regulated industries, preferably banking/finance.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic vision, roadmap, and delivery of AI/ML platforms and engineering capabilities.
• Lead scalable, secure, governed cloud-based platforms for ML lifecycle from development to production.
• Oversee platform operations, ensuring high availability, SLA compliance, and incident management.
