Job summary

Insight in Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using large language models. The role focuses on building conversational agents, intelligent search tools, and AI-driven features across enterprise applications within a Fortune 500 environment.

You will work 1 day per week in the office and 4 days from home, collaborating with Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, and Architects to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in software development with at least 1 year in AI/ML app development.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus.
• Experience building apps with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, and vector DBs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI apps on Azure AI Foundry and chat agents.
• Implement prompt engineering, orchestration, and safety guardrails.
• Build APIs to connect AI models with enterprise data.
• Leverage Semantic Kernel for chatbots and search.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Evaluate outputs for accuracy, safety, and performance; assist in fine-tuning.
• Stay current with AI tech and contribute to the knowledge base.
