Job summary

Thoth AI is seeking a results-driven Project Coordinator to support large-scale LLM and AI data annotation projects. You will work with Project Managers, Team Leaders, Quality Analysts, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and high quality, while hitting aggressive productivity targets.

Ideal candidates are experienced operational leads who thrive in fast-paced environments, manage stakeholders effectively, and leverage data-driven insights to solve problems and improve processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in project coordination, operational management, or team leadership within BPO, tech, or data operations environments.
• Experience with data annotation, content moderation, AI training data, or software delivery projects is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (vlookups, pivot tables, dashboard management).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of LLM and AI data annotation projects from launch to closeout.
• Assist delivery leadership in building project plans, schedules, resource requirements, and milestone trackers.
• Manage task assignments, staffing workflows, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate onboarding, project transitions, launches, and client ramp-ups.
