Job summary

RealPage is seeking an AI Automation Solutions & Enablement Lead to design, build, and deploy AI-powered invoice processing solutions. You will develop fullstack apps, implement RAG, and drive PoC-to-production initiatives in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 5+ years in software/data science and 2+ years with Generative AI/LLMs, with strong Python/JS/SQL skills and cloud-native practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computing/AI or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in software eng or data science.
• At least 2+ years with Generative AI / LLMs.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI applications.
• Strong coding: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven invoice processing solutions.
• Develop fullstack apps integrating AI models into workflows.
• Implement RAG pipelines and prompt engineering frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end development from PoC to production.
• Ensure data readiness, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate AI with internal systems (billing/ERP).
• Optimize models, reduce hallucinations, handle edge cases.
• Collaborate with SMEs and adoption leads to align with business needs.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines with testing & monitoring.
