Job summary

RealPage Philippines seeks a senior transformation leader to translate the company’s AI strategy into actionable plans across invoice processing workflows. You will identify AI use cases, design human-in-the-loop frameworks, and drive adoption from pilots to scale, with governance and KPI tracking.

This role supports US operations with a hybrid onsite/remote setup after initial training, offering growth and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–10+ years in transformation, operations, or AI adoption roles.
• Experience implementing AI in business processes (preferably invoice/AP workflows).
• Proven success in driving large-scale change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/GenAI capabilities and limitations.
• Expertise in process redesign and human-in-the-loop systems.
• Data-driven decision-making and KPI tracking.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Knowledge of responsible AI and governance frameworks.
• Master's degree (MBA/MS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate RealPage's AI strategy into actionable implementation plans across invoice processing workflows.
• Identify, prioritize, and validate AI use cases (e.g., invoice extraction, validation, exception handling, reconciliation).
• Design and operationalize human-in-the-loop frameworks ensuring quality, compliance, and accountability.
• Lead AI adoption initiatives including pilots, rollouts, and continuous improvement cycles.
• Develop playbooks, governance standards, and best practices for AI usage.
• Drive behavioral change through training, coaching, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor adoption metrics and continuously optimize based on data and feedback.
• Establish structured intake and evaluation of grassroots AI innovations.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with responsible AI, risk management, and audit requirements.

Work Schedule & Setup

• Must be willing to work onsite during the first 90 days of training
• Hybrid setup begins on the 4th month, with two onsite days per week
• Supports US business operations - Fixed graveyard shift schedule with night differential pay
