RealPage is seeking an AI Automation Solutions & Enablement Lead to design, build, and deploy AI-powered invoice processing solutions. You will develop fullstack apps, implement RAG, and drive PoC-to-production initiatives in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 5+ years in software/data science and 2+ years with Generative AI/LLMs, with strong Python/JS/SQL skills and cloud-native practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computing/AI or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in software eng or data science.
• At least 2+ years with Generative AI / LLMs.
• Experience delivering production-grade AI applications.
• Strong coding: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM optimization.

About the role

The AI Automation Solutions & Enablement Lead is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that optimize invoice processing workflows within RealPage Utilities Management. This role focuses on building scalable, production-grade systems leveraging Generative AI, automation, and modern software engineering practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI-driven solutions for invoice processing (e.g., data extraction, classification, validation)

• Develop fullstack applications integrating AI models into business workflows

• Implement RAG pipelines, LLM-based agents, and prompt engineering frameworks

• Lead end-to-end development from PoC to production deployment

• Ensure data readiness, pipeline reliability, and system scalability

• Integrate AI solutions with internal systems (billing, ERP, document management)

• Optimize model performance, reduce hallucinations, and handle edge cases

• Collaborate with SMEs and Adoption Leads to align solutions with business needs

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure robust testing and monitoring

• Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• 5+ years in software engineering or data science

• 2+ years working with Generative AI / LLMs

• Experience delivering production-grade AI applications

• Strong coding skills in Python, JS/TS, and SQL

• Expertise in prompt engineering and LLM optimization

• Experience with RAG, embeddings, and vector search

• Knowledge of system design, APIs, and microservices

• Cloud-native development and DevOps practices

• Strong debugging, testing, and performance optimization skills

Work Schedule & Setup

• Must be willing to work onsite during the first 90 days of training

• Hybrid setup begins on the 4th month, with two onsite days per week

• Supports US business operations - Fixed graveyard shift schedule with night differential pay
