Job summary

LeadAdvisors is seeking an AI Automation Specialist in a remote role to design, build, and maintain automations and AI-powered workflows across internal operations and client campaigns. You will convert manual processes into reliable automated systems, connecting CRM, dialers, Notion, spreadsheets, email, and more with AI where it adds value.

You will design AI workflows, integrate systems via APIs and webhooks, and automate reporting through dashboards and data pipelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years building automations/integrations in a business or BPO environment.
• Hands-on with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make/Integromat, or n8n.
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and JSON; able to read API docs.
• Experience applying AI/LLM tools to real workflows, including prompt design.
• Strong process-mapping and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Reliable remote work setup with stable internet and capable computer.

Responsibilities

• Build automations that eliminate manual work across ops, HR, sales, and reporting.

Role Summary:

We're hiring an AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain automations and AI-powered workflows across our internal operations and client campaigns. You'll turn manual, repetitive processes into reliable automated systems — connecting our tools (CRM, dialers, Notion, spreadsheets, email) and layering in AI where it adds real value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build automations that eliminate manual work across ops, HR, sales, and reporting (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n, native API integrations).
• Design AI workflows using LLMs and AI tools to draft content, summarize data, classify records, and assist agents.
• Integrate systems — connect HubSpot/CRMs, dialers (Ytel/Five9), Notion, Google Workspace, and other tools via APIs and webhooks.
• Automate reporting — build dashboards and automated data pipelines that pull, clean, and present performance metrics.
• Document & maintain — create clear SOPs for every automation, monitor for failures, and iterate based on feedback.
• Partner with stakeholders — work with Operations, HR, and campaign leads to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
• Govern & secure — ensure automations handle data responsibly and follow internal compliance and access standards.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years building automations / integrations in a business or BPO environment.
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n, or similar).
• Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and JSON; comfortable reading API docs.
• Practical experience applying AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to real workflows, including prompt design.
• Strong process-mapping and documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Reliable remote work setup (stable internet, capable computer).

Nice to Have:

• Light scripting (Python, JavaScript / Google Apps Script).
• Experience with HubSpot, dialers (Ytel/Five9), or Notion automations/databases.
• Familiarity with data tools (SQL, spreadsheets, BI/reporting).
• Background in BPO, sales, or operations.
