Job summary

Noon Dalton Philippines Inc is seeking an AI and automation leader to develop and execute the company\'s AI strategy in alignment with business objectives. You will identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency.

The role requires staying current with AI technologies, providing technical leadership, and guiding the design, development, and deployment of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI agents or automation in production.
• Strong Python and/or no-code AI tooling (n8n, Make, LangChain, or similar).
• Experience leading or mentoring a technical team.
• Ability to translate client workflows into AI architecture.

Job Description

• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for all AI initiatives.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI agents and intelligent automation solutions for clients.

• Build AI-powered workflows using LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic AI frameworks, and workflow orchestration platforms.

• Translate business process maps into production-ready AI solutions.

• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and cost-efficient

• Design and implement governance frameworks for AI systems.

• Develop human-in-the-loop review processes to ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate, compliant, and auditable.

• Establish monitoring, testing, and performance metrics for AI solutions.

• Ensure responsible AI practices and risk management across all deployments.

• Lead the deployment of AI tools across the organization.

• Identify opportunities to automate internal business processes.

• Train teams on AI adoption and best practices.

• Measure the impact of AI initiatives on productivity and operational efficiency.

• Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate requirements into AI solutions.

• Present AI strategies, demonstrations, and implementation roadmaps.

• Provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.

• Build long-term client relationships by delivering measurable business value.

• Recruit, mentor, and lead the AI development team

• Establish coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• BPO or outsourcing environment experience
