Job summary

Innovaccer Inc. is seeking a highly capable engineer to build AI-enabled finance automation that directly impacts forecasts, numbers, and capital decisions. You will own full stack development—from data pipelines to AI orchestration—building production systems with minimal human intervention.

We expect deep experience with AI toolchains, multi-system integrations, and a strong bias toward automation. You’ll work directly with senior leadership to shape what AI-native finance means for Innovaccer.

Qualifications

You've built AI agents before.
Strong software engineering fundamentals and system design instincts.
Comfort with modern AI toolchain and autonomous systems.

Responsibilities

Sit inside the finance function and understand real workflows.
Design and build autonomous agents that pull data from multiple systems and produce decision-ready output.
Own the full stack: data pipelines, integrations, orchestration, and AI layer.
Make build-vs-buy decisions for tooling, codes, or LLMs.
Ship production-ready systems with real business impact.
