Job summary

Globe seeks a delivery-focused professional to bridge Finance demand and technical delivery. You will translate requirements into scoped work, coordinate backlogs, and manage multiple streams, using AI tooling for status reporting and documentation.

There is room for hands-on AI-assisted development—prototypes, data checks, automation, and small data products—depending on skills and workstream needs. Python and SQL are a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• Translate ambiguous business needs into scoped, testable deliverables.
• Deliver across concurrent technical workstreams with risk management.
• Coordinate with Finance, engineering and cross-functional partners.
• Influence alignment and accountability without formal authority.
• Understand Finance and Risk use cases and requirements.
• Follow technical discussions and challenge estimates.
• Work credibly with technical teams toward delivery.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document requirements from Finance and Risk stakeholders.
• Manage intake and backlog; scope, sequence, and prioritize workstreams.
• Run project lifecycles — planning, risk management, delivery tracking.
• Run delivery cadences — standups and stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate dependencies across AI Engineering, Decision Science, and Operations.
• Coordinate UAT, acceptance, and handover into BAU support.
• Use AI tooling to automate reporting, tracking, and documentation.
