Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc seeks a Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce-driven solutions across global teams. You will lead CPQ/RCA initiatives, integrate ETL and BI tools, and manage data loads and mapping templates while leveraging Salesforce Mobile features.

You will translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for stakeholders, influence cross-functional teams, and coordinate with AppExchange and PSA tools such as

Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator and Sales Cloud certifications required.
• CPQ and RCA experience with proven delivery of solutions.
• Ability to design and deliver Salesforce-based solutions leveraging platform capabilities.
• Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions.
• Strong understanding of system integrations, ETL processes, and BI tools.
• Hands-on data management: data loads, mapping templates, Excel models.
• Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities.
• Experience leading complex, multi-stream projects across global teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (matrix leadership).
• Experience presenting to stakeholders and translating technical solutions into business value.
• Experience with AppExchange and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Seismic content platforms.
• Experience managing PSA tools and Order Management systems (e.g., FinancialForce).
• Prior experience supporting M&A integrations within Salesforce ecosystems.
