Keywords Studios is expanding its AI operations within Player Engagement in the Philippines. The AI Operations Manager will help clients adopt, launch, and scale Helpshift Care AI, ensuring quality, trust, and measurable value throughout the lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Client Success, and Operations to define scope, onboarding plans, governance, and reporting so Care AI delivers concrete ROI across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Experience delivering onboarding and launch plans.
• Ability to analyze support workflows and performance data.
• Experience coordinating with Sales, Product, Operations.
• Comfort in fast-moving AI-enabled environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding for Care AI from discovery to go-live.
• Partner with stakeholders to define launch scope and reporting.
• Develop onboarding materials and training for clients.
• Create scalable playbooks and governance routines.
• Translate client pain points into practical AI use cases.
