The role involves mentoring Technical Coaches, designing learning paths, driving continuous improvement, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to enhance customer outcomes and operating efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent.
• 2+ years supporting enterprise software or SaaS.
• Minimum 2 years coaching or enablement.
• Experience coaching technical teams in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, and scripting (Python).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and performance coaching to Technical Coaches and frontline staff.
• Mentor teams to strengthen knowledge transfer across groups.
• Design and implement structured technical learning paths.
• Monitor metrics like FCR, AHT, CSAT; drive improvements.
• Lead AI-enabled initiatives and automation in support operations.
