Job summary

Our client is a leading European healthcare technology company delivering enterprise software for audiology clinics worldwide. They seek an experienced Agile Project Lead / Project Manager to drive cloud-based product delivery and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams.

The role goes beyond ceremony; you will own the end-to-end delivery pipeline, challenge scope creep with data, and build trust through transparent execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master, Agile Project Lead, or delivery-focused PM in a software product company.
• Proven ability to remove impediments and drive delivery beyond meetings.
• Proficiency with backlog management and agile tooling (Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar).
• Strong written and verbal English communication (B2+).
• Experience with Kanban metrics: cycle time, throughput, WIP limits, lead time.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sprint and release cycle: planning, execution, review, retrospective.
• Identify and eliminate impediments proactively with context.
• Track Kanban/Scrum metrics to optimise flow and predictability.
• Manage dependencies across squads and external teams.
• Use AI tools in delivery work for status reporting, risk flagging, and documentation.
