Job summary

MiraMed Philippines Group is seeking an experienced SEO lead to own organic search performance and the health of the company website. You will audit, optimize, and request content to close gaps, and structure all content for organic and AI-driven discoverability.

You will collaborate with Product Marketing and Creative, work with a development team on technical SEO, and build ongoing analytics-driven reporting to continually refine content strategy.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth.
• Auditing and optimizing content at scale against defined SEO/AEO criteria.
• Identify content gaps from performance data and translate into briefs.
• Strong technical SEO fluency and ability to work with a development team.
• Experience tying performance data from analytics platforms to content decisions.
• Strong written and verbal English communication for cross-functional work with US teams.
• Willingness to overlap working hours with US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Auditing and scoring existing content against SEO/AEO performance criteria.
• Build a backlog for optimization, updates, or retirement of content.
• Identify content gaps based on performance data and request new content.
• Structure content for organic and AI-driven discoverability.
• Own the technical relationship with the external development team for the site platform, technical SEO, and analytics.
• Build reporting from integrated data to continuously tune content and SEO decisions.
• Manage website support and maintenance to ensure ongoing technical site health.
