Job summary

Tyler Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr QA Analyst in the Philippines to design and execute comprehensive testing, build automation, and drive AI-powered QA workflows.

You will review requirements, perform exploratory testing, and maintain automation while ensuring clear communication with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes AI-assisted test design, robust regression suites, and proactive risk-based testing across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• Design, write, and maintain automated test scripts; Python experience is a plus.
• Solid QA principles and understanding of SDLC; CSQE or ISTQB preferred.
• Self-directed learner who explores new technologies independently.
• Active use of AI tools in the QA workflow and critical evaluation of AI outputs.
• Experience designing test cases, performing exploratory testing, and reviewing requirements for testability.
• Clear written communication across varying technical backgrounds.
• Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an automated regression suite with AI-assisted scripting.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend AI-powered QA tools and methodologies.
• Review requirements and wireframes to flag ambiguities and testability gaps.
• Design test plans, cases, and scenarios from requirements and user stories.
• Apply systematic test design to break features into scenarios and prioritize by risk.
• Perform manual regression, functional, and exploratory testing as needed.
• Identify, log, and track defects; provide root-cause analysis reports.
• Communicate effectively with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
