Job summary

Scan Global Logistics in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented QA professional who owns testing across the delivery cycle, challenges requirements early, and ensures correctness of functional, regression, and AI features.

You will design test suites, validate APIs with Postman and SQL, and build automated regression tests with Playwright, contributing to robust, reliable logistics software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology.
• At least three years of hands-on QA experience across web and API testing.
• ISTQB Foundation Level, or an equivalent testing certification, is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute functional, regression, integration, system and user acceptance test suites.
• Translate requirements into test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and challenge gaps and ambiguity early.
• Document defects clearly, investigate problems and drive root-cause analysis with the engineering team.
• Validate APIs with Postman and REST calls, and verify data directly with SQL queries.
• Build and maintain automated regression tests in Playwright, and test AI features for prompt robustness, edge cases and hallucination.
