Job summary

Remitly is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi‑stream initiatives in a governance‑driven environment. You will define scope, milestones, budgets, and resources while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

AI tools will be used to enhance planning, tracking, and reporting, but final judgment remains with you. You will drive risk management, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across delivery workflows, ensuring alignment with governance and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–6 years of project or program management experience in governance-driven environments.
• PMP certification preferred or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Quality Tools and Techniques (e.g., TQM, Six Sigma) advantageous.
• Demonstrated AI‑Fluent capability to leverage AI tools for analysis, reporting, and decision support.

Responsibilities

• Manages end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects using structured PM practices and AI tools.
• Defines scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and develops delivery plans with AI‑assisted forecasting.
