Job summary

Inspekt AI, a global AI-powered property inspection solutions provider, seeks an accomplished Project Manager to lead customer and internal initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relationships, and drive on-time delivery with quality outcomes.

The role requires 3+ years in PM, strong communication, and expertise with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall. Remote-friendly, with a collaborative culture and opportunities for growth across international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS, technology, or AI-driven industries.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana/Trello/Jira) and productivity suites (Google Workspace/Microsoft Office).
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage customer projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including AI, engineering, and operations, to ensure clear communication and project goals are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project progress.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving project challenges proactively.
• Monitor and report on project performance using appropriate tools and metrics.
• Support internal process improvement initiatives by managing operational or technical projects.
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge sharing across teams for all project activities.
