Qualifications

• Knowledge of systems architecture, dependencies, and functionalities.
• Experience mentoring peers, leading project work, or guiding a team without formal authority.
• Proven ability to influence and implement change to optimize processes and outcomes.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical partners.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues across supported applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive a fast, effective, and user-first support process.
• Maintain in-depth product expertise, including roadmap, releases, testing, and hand-offs.
• Lead strategic initiatives using Generative AI to drive efficiency and adoption.
• Own day-to-day operations, run stand-ups, and manage escalation points.
• Develop training materials and share knowledge to grow team capability.
• Coordinate UAT testing and contribute to release notes.
