Job summary

Infobip invites you to join a global platform operations team as a Junior Engineer. You will support the operational backbone behind Infobip’s cloud messaging platform, contributing to automation, data-driven troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration with partners and customers.

You’ll grow through hands-on work on provisioning, issue resolution, and process improvements, with a focus on AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

1–2 years of platform operations or telecom experience.
Technical mindset with interest in messaging technologies.
Experience with data analysis and pattern recognition.
Experience in customer- or partner-facing roles is a plus.
Familiarity with Excel for operational tracking.
Willingness to learn new tools and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

Process platform provisioning requests and maintain connections across global telecom operators and partners.
Troubleshoot platform issues across messaging channels and operational workflows.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to resolve operational inquiries and ensure timely service delivery.
Monitor operational patterns, identify inconsistencies, and support data-driven troubleshooting and process execution.
Maintain internal documentation, databases, and operational procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including the adoption of AI tools and automation opportunities across operational processes.
