Infobip is seeking a Platform Operations Junior Engineer to bolster its global communications platform. You will join a team focused on reducing silos, improving efficiency, and applying AI and automation to streamline repetitive work.

The role combines technical administration, analysis, and collaboration with internal teams, partners, and customers, with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in telecom or platform operations.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Interest in telecommunications, platform operations, or messaging technologies.
• Familiarity with Excel or similar tools for operational tracking and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Process platform provisioning requests and maintain connections across global operators.
• Troubleshoot platform issues across messaging channels and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams, partners and customers to resolve inquiries.
• Monitor operational patterns and support data‑driven troubleshooting.
• Maintain internal documentation, databases and procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement, including AI and automation adoption.
