Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in HR operations.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and lifecycle administration.
• Experience coordinating employee engagement activities and events.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and orient new hires; manage probation, changes, leave, and offboarding.
• Maintain accurate HR records and trackers; ensure timelines.
• Support day-to-day HR administration and employee queries for local and remote staff.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment: postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, references and offers.
• Plan quarterly employee engagement activities; manage vendor, budgets and logistics.
• Oversee monthly payroll for remote employees and contractors; ensure timely submissions.
• Use AI to improve HR processes and workflows; maintain SOPs and templates.
