Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking a GRC Process Automation Developer for a 6-month contract to build and automate compliance workflows. You will translate processes into automated solutions and hand them over to the GRC Application Specialist for ongoing support, while adhering to internal standards and change management procedures.

The role requires 5–7 years in BPM/automation within a GRC or audit setting, strong SQL, Python, and PowerShell skills, and familiarity with platforms like ServiceNow

Qualifications

• College graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience developing business process applications and automation.
• Prior work experience in a compliance, audit, or GRC environment.
• Well-versed in SQL, Python, or PowerShell, and in AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledgeable in automating processes on platforms such as Optro, ServiceNow, Wdesk, OneTrust, Databricks, Replit, or Entra ID.
• Experience with data analysis and decision-making logic, and with integrating AI/ML into applications or process improvements.
• Experience building automated controls, validations, or checks and balances for compliance-related processes.
• Proficiency with Git and version control, with a record of delivering maintainable code.
• Experience transitioning solutions to a support team.
• Amenable to working US hours (CST, night shift).

Responsibilities

• Learn existing business and compliance processes and translate them into automated solutions.
• Design and build business process applications and workflows that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Develop data analysis and decision-making logic to support compliance-related processes.
• Incorporate AI and machine learning algorithms into applications and process improvements.
• Develop automated controls, validations, and checks and balances for compliance-related processes.
• Test and validate all solutions before release, following change management procedures.
• Use Git and version control for all code, and follow team coding and documentation standards.
• Document each solution and transition it to the GRC Application Specialist, including training, runbooks, and support guidance.
• All work is performed internally within the IT Compliance and GRC Apps teams.
• Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
