Job summary

Quanta Philippines is seeking a GRC Applications Specialist to administer GRC platforms, support compliance processes, and maintain automation tools. The role covers back-up coverage for the GRC Apps & Process Team and hands-on scripting with Python/SQL/PowerShell using AI-assisted coding tools.

Ideal candidates will understand SDLC, Git workflows, and have 5–7 years in GRC or controls. US hours (CST) may apply; strong documentation and testing practices are required.

Qualifications

• College graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in compliance, controls, or GRC platform administration.
• Good understanding of custom application code and minor changes.
• Familiarity with Git repositories, version control, and deployment processes.
• Programming experience with Python, SQL, or PowerShell using AI-assisted coding tools.
• Understanding of SDLC and Git concepts including branching, PRs, merges, and access controls.
• Experience with application testing, validation, and change management.
• Amenable to working US hours (CST, night shift).

Responsibilities

• Administer and support GRC platforms and ITC-managed applications, including configuration, access, issue resolution, and user support.
• Provide backup coverage for the GRC Apps & Process Team across platforms and process activities.
• Support control validation and related compliance processes during busy periods.
• Maintain custom-developed tools and automation workflows with minor code changes, fixes, and enhancements.
• Administer PAM and identity governance tools, including access certification and review campaigns.
• Support SoD analysis and privileged access monitoring using access governance tools.
• Write, review, and troubleshoot scripts and code using AI-assisted coding tools, and validate AI-generated code through testing and peer review.
• Use Git repositories, version control, and deployment processes to manage changes to custom apps and scripts.
• Follow SDLC for custom tools, manage Git workflows, and implement change management for updates.
• Perform application testing and validation, and maintain runbooks and documentation.
