Job summary

Whitecrow Research Sdn Bhd is seeking an AI Adoption & Business Transformation Manager to lead Smart Supply Chain initiatives. You will partner with BU supply chain heads, plant managers, and procurement leaders to champion AI forecasting, intelligent inventory, network optimization, and automated fulfilment.

In this role you will own the end-to-end delivery of integrated supply chain programs, translate BU requirements, design digital change enablement programs, and establish KPI governance

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU supply chain heads, plant managers, and procurement leaders to champion AI forecasting, inventory optimization, and automated fulfilment solutions.
• Lead end-to-end cross-functional rollouts of smart supply chain initiatives, coordinating workstreams across demand/supply planning, logistics, manufacturing interfaces, and digital automation.
• Translate BU requirements and customize automation pipelines and models to BU-specific constraints.
• Design structured adoption and upskilling programs for supply chain planners, buyers, and operators to foster trust in algorithmic decision-support tools.
• Track KPI benchmarks and report ROI to leadership.
