Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience leading technical projects or development teams.
• Strong understanding of microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise architecture.
• Hands-on frontend development with React or Angular.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot and modern frontend technologies.
• Define and drive application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship through code reviews and design discussions.
• Develop scalable and secure REST APIs, microservices, and backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Contribute to frontend development using React or Angular.
• Drive AI capabilities integration (LLMs, RAG) into applications and workflows.
• Evaluate AI technologies and determine fit for business needs.
• Promote AI-first development practices across coding, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, and infra layers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
