Job summary

Manila Recruitment is partnering with a growing international SaaS company to recruit a Financial Controller who will own the day-to-day finance operations from Manila. You will work hands-on with payments, vendor and contractor management, billing, revenue reconciliation, and month-end close in NetSuite, using AI tools to automate and accelerate processes while maintaining strict accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 2–5 years in bookkeeping or financial operations for multi-entity firms.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience is a priority.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge for SaaS/multi-entity ops.
• Demonstrated use of AI/automation in day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finance operations including payments and payroll coordination.
• Manage billing, collections, and revenue reconciliation.
• Oversee month-end close in NetSuite and cross-entity reporting.
• Automate workflows using AI tools and ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with CEO and international partners.
