You will own the creative across Meta and TikTok, crafting angles, briefs, and testing strategies while collaborating with doctors, editors, and founders to scale performance without compromising brand voice.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, rapid iteration, and close work with media buyers to ensure aligned spend and creative direction on a on-site basis in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Creative Strategist for DTC brands.
• Deep understanding of Meta and TikTok creative.
• Data-driven with strong creative intuition.
• Ability to scale ads, not just launch them.

Responsibilities

• Build direct response ad concepts for Meta, TikTok and other paid channels.
• Create angles, hooks and messaging for two audiences: GoRocky men and Kindred women.
• Write clear briefs for creators and editors; guide tone, structure and delivery.
• Collaborate with media buyers to align creative with spend.
• Turn customer feedback into actionable ad concepts.
