Job summary

UPTC is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst and Quality Assurance professional to join our team. The role combines business analysis, requirements gathering, and comprehensive testing to deliver high-quality AI-enabled solutions.

You will translate business needs into technical specifications, manage AI knowledge base content, and coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. You will design and execute test plans, perform functional, regression, and user acceptance

Qualifications

5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst and QA Analyst.
Experience in banking or financial services data analytics projects is preferred.
Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing and QA tools.
Knowledge of chatbot technologies and AI.
Experience with knowledge management concepts and practices.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Certifications in AI/ML or knowledge management are a plus.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the project.
Develop, validate, and verify requirements to ensure alignment with business needs.
Translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
Develop and maintain detailed project documentation (process flows, use cases, functional requirements).
Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to ensure goal alignment.
Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects with development teams.
