Aprio seeks a Process & Quality Analyst to join its Business Operations - Information Technology Team. You will map and analyze business processes, drive automation opportunities, and lead QA and UAT testing within an Agile SDLC framework.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, stakeholder collaboration, and change management to ensure high-quality technology solutions. Hybrid work setup offered for selected roles/locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience analyzing and documenting business processes at multiple levels.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Lead workshops and change-management activities with stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile and SDLC governance and testing.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and tools to ensure quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes to map workflows and requirements for automation.
• Identify opportunities for standardization, process improvement, and automation.
• Gather requirements using Agile and Scrum; document Epics, Features, User Stories.
• Create and execute test plans and scripts for UAT and QA of automation solutions.
• Coordinate sign-offs and manage change readiness with stakeholders.
• Identify defects with developers and verify fixes; monitor performance.
