Job summary

Adventure Consultancy Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking an AI Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of AI and Big Data initiatives.

You will coordinate from requirements elaboration through design, build, testing, migration, and production deployment support. You will manage AI and data product requirements, coordinate technical workstreams, and ensure outputs are documented, tested, and ready for operational handover, reporting to the client’s IT Department manager.

Qualifications

• A degree in information technology, business administration, project management, data, digital transformation, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects, stakeholders, delivery schedules, dependencies, risks, and resource planning.
• Demonstrated experience in project governance, progress reporting, executive dashboards, and management communications.
• Experience supporting system implementation, migration, process improvement, or transformation initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Strong risk, issue, and control management skills, including escalation management and remediation tracking.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, including preparing management-level updates.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI and Big Data product priorities into implementation plans, milestones, and build-ready work packages.
• Coordinate requirements elaboration with product managers, business users, technical leads, data owners, and platform teams.
• Maintain delivery plans, solution backlogs, and milestone forecasts for enhancements, new modules, and integrations.
• Track build progress across architecture, data engineering, application development, model integration, security, infrastructure, and UX workstreams.
• Coordinate integration across internal systems, cloud services, and AI platforms.
• Track test readiness, defects, remediation, and sign-off across system, integration, user acceptance, security, and performance testing.
• Coordinate release readiness, deployment preparation, and cutover activities.
• Maintain implementation documentation and report on progress.
• At least 8 years of experience in portfolio, program, project, or operation, risks, and go-live readiness at management reviews and governance forums.

About the Role

Join our client as an AI Delivery Manager supporting the delivery of AI and Big Data initiatives. You will coordinate solution implementation from requirements elaboration through design, build, integration, testing, migration, and production deployment support.

You will manage AI and data product requirements and system capabilities, coordinate technical workstreams, manage delivery dependencies, and make sure outputs are documented, tested, and ready for operational handover. You will take instructions from the designated manager in the client’s IT Department and work closely with the project team and internal and external stakeholders.
