Qualifications

• Strong experience in AI leadership, machine learning, or advanced analytics.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI or technology initiatives.
• Background in AI architecture or solutions architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure and data platforms.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Banking or financial services experience is an advantage.

Job Overview

The Head of Artificial Intelligence will lead the development and implementation of AI initiatives across the organization. This role will focus on building enterprise-level AI capabilities that support business innovation, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

The role will work closely with innovation and technology teams to identify opportunities where artificial intelligence can improve products, platforms, and internal processes.

Key Responsibilities
