Job summary

Spekit is seeking an AI Content Specialist to join the Customer Success team at a pivotal growth stage. You will guide AI-powered content creation, ensure outputs are clear, well-structured, and humanly readable, and collaborate with customer-facing teams to ship high-quality Spekit experiences.

You’ll build structured content using AI tools, audit existing content libraries, and help scale Spekit orgs with thoughtful design and editorial precision.

Qualifications

• Strong written English and strong verbal English.
• Genuine design eye with attention to formatting and readability.
• Curiosity about AI tools and hands-on comfort with AI workflows.
• Organized and self-directed with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fast learner who quickly adapts to new tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Content Building: use AI agents and LLM-based workflows to scrape websites, import playbooks, generate topic structures and structured content at scale.
• Editorial & Quality Control: review and refine AI outputs, tighten copy, ensure outputs read as written by a thoughtful human.
• Design & Visual Structure: apply thoughtful hierarchy, formatting, and visual consistency to content for easy navigation.
• Customer & Team Collaboration: work with Customer Success and Solutions teams, scope first and build second, occasional customer touchpoints.
