Job summary

Noonan Real Estate Agents Philippines seeks an AI & Automation Manager to lead our AI transformation across the organization. You will architect the integration of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and business processes, aligning people and systems for improved visibility and efficiency.

You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and senior management to identify automation opportunities, build an AI knowledge environment, and drive enterprise-wide adoption beyond IT support.

Qualifications

Not a software developer role; AI and process focus.
Technically confident with rapid learning ability.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Copilot and automation.

Responsibilities

Help implement Microsoft Copilot and AI technologies across the organisation.
Organise knowledge: policies, procedures, staff responsibilities, processes, training, templates, management knowledge.
Work with Microsoft 365 suite (Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power Automate, Power Platform).
Identify and automate repetitive manual processes.
Understand how AI sits across existing systems to improve collaboration.
Design AI accountability and management visibility (tasks, follow-ups, cases, communications).
