REMCO BPO CORPORATION in the Philippines is seeking a forward-thinking AI Implementation & Automation Lead to drive the next phase of growth. You will identify bottlenecks, design and deploy autonomous AI agents, and automate workflows across HR, sales and operations.

Beyond immediate implementation, you will serve as our internal AI futurist—staying at the absolute forefront of AI advancements to continuously upgrade our tech stack and maintain our competitive edge.

Qualifications

• Understanding of LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n).
• Strong grasp of APIs and webhooks to connect software systems.
• Ability to decompose complex business processes into automated steps.
• Curiosity about AI trends and continuous learning mindset.
• Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Audit workflows to identify manual tasks and streamline with AI/automation.
• Build, test, and deploy AI agents (managerial, analytical, customer-facing).
• Integrate AI tools with existing tech stacks (CRMs, PM software, chat tools).
• Research and pitch emerging AI technologies to keep systems cutting-edge.
• Educate teams on new tools and prompt frameworks.
• Establish human-in-the-loop protocols to ensure accurate, secure outputs.
