Job summary

Six Eleven Global Services and Solutions, Inc. is seeking a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to improve business processes through workflow automation, AI, and system integrations.

This on-site role in Davao requires ownership from start to finish and the ability to build, test, and maintain automation solutions. You will work with Microsoft 365 tools, integrate systems via APIs, and implement AI into practical workflows, including data extraction and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
• Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate or similar tools (Make, n8n, Zapier).
• Integrate business systems using REST APIs, webhooks, JSON and data mapping.
• Implement AI into real business workflows (data extraction, document processing, enquiry classification, reporting).
• Automate repetitive tasks, CRM updates, notifications, approvals, reporting, and other workflows.
• Test, troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain automation solutions.
• Work with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Forms).
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into practical technical solutions.
• Document workflows and explain solutions to non-technical teammates.
• Take ownership of projects from requirements through implementation and handover.

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on AI & Automation Specialist to help improve business processes through workflow automation, AI, and system integrations.

This is not a traditional Virtual Assistant or Project Manager role. We’re looking for someone who can personally build, integrate, test, troubleshoot, and maintain automation solutions while taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or similar tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier.

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Hands-on experience personally building and implementing automations.

• Strong experience with workflow automation tools, preferably Microsoft Power Automate.

• Practical experience with APIs and systems integration.

• Experience implementing AI into actual business processes, beyond simply using ChatGPT.

• Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or similar programming/scripting languages.

• Strong business process analysis and solution-design skills.

• Ability to independently troubleshoot, test, monitor, and maintain solutions.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Ability to manage technical projects and take ownership from start to finish.

• Strong written and spoken English.

• Understanding of data security, access controls, privacy, and confidential information.

Nice to Have

• Power BI and dashboard/reporting experience.

• SQL or database management experience.

• Asana or other project-management platforms.

• CRM integrations.

• Advanced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint automation.

• Experience with system architecture or larger digital projects.
