Job description

AI Automation Engineer (Content, Sales & Growth Systems)

Davao City, Philippines | Posted on 09/30/2026

Location: Remote (Australia-friendly hours preferred)

The Mission

We are building AI-powered content and sales systems that run continuously and drive real business outcomes — traffic, leads, and revenue.

This role is not theoretical.

You will design, build, deploy, and iterate AI automations across content generation, distribution, CRM, and sales workflows.

If you enjoy shipping systems end-to-end and hate fluff, keep reading.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Design and deploy n8n-based automation workflows

• Automate lead capture, enrichment, scoring, and follow-up

• Deploy AI agents to support sales and marketing workflows

• Connect AI systems to CRM, marketing, and analytics tools

• Stress-test outputs for reliability, accuracy, and scale

• Continuously improve systems based on performance data

This is a hands-on builder role. You will be expected to ship working systems, not slide decks.

Requirements

Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)

You must have real-world experience with:

• n8n (or equivalent workflow automation)

• OpenAI / LLM APIs (beyond basic prompts)

• Webhooks, REST APIs, JSON

• Deploying AI systems used by real teams or clients

If you’ve never deployed an AI workflow into production, this role is not for you.

Strong Bonus (But Not Mandatory)

• SEO automation or content generation at scale

• AI sales agents / outbound automation

• Basic scripting (JS or Python)

• Experience in finance, property, or lead-gen businesses
