Job summary

Cygnific Manila is seeking a hands-on AI Application Developer to join our Innovation team in Manila. You will design, build, test, and improve AI-enabled applications, agents, and integrations to solve real business problems across Cygnific and client environments.

You will work in a Microsoft-based enterprise setting, applying modern AI engineering practices, and ensuring secure, scalable, and usable solutions in production.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with 6–8 years of relevant technical experience.
• Experience in software development, application development, cloud development, automation, integration, or data engineering.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled applications, LLMs, CoPilots, chatbots, RAG, or API-based AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI-enabled applications, copilots, and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Services.
• Create and maintain connectors, APIs, and webhooks to bridge Microsoft 365 and Azure AI solutions with internal/external systems.
• Design prompts, system instructions, context flows, and tool calling patterns for reliable AI behavior.
• Collaborate with Innovation/Product Managers and UX Designers in agile sprints.
• Document architecture, data flows, and configurations for support and scalability.
