Job summary

Technians Softech Pvt Ltd in the Philippines seeks an AI Engineer to design and deploy AI agents, prompts, and automation workflows using LLMs like Claude and ChatGPT. You will build and optimize prompts, integrate APIs, and create robust prompt libraries to support scalable AI applications.

Focus areas include agent-based systems, tool-using LLMs, and RAG designs, with hands-on work on Codex, LangChain, and modern AI tooling.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering and AI model optimization.
• Experience building or using AI agents (autonomous or semi-autonomous systems).
• Familiarity with AI coding tools like ChatGPT Codex / GitHub Copilot / Claude Code.
• Experience building: Task-based AI agents, multi-step reasoning pipelines and tool-using LLM systems (APIs, databases, web tools).
• Understanding of agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar).
• Knowledge of data handling, embeddings, and vector databases.

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI tooling. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working with Claude, ChatGPT, and AI coding agents like Codex, and have experience building intelligent agents, prompt systems, and AI-powered automation workflows.
